DIY Backdrop

DIY Backdrop.

1. I got these hooks at Walmart it came with the sticky's that go on the wall to attach the hook

2. These clips you can buy anywhere that has an office section.

3. First I put the hook on the wall by pealing the red side 1st and sticking it to the hook then I pealed the black side and I stuck it to the wall depending on how big your sheet, fabric or what ever you are planing to hang is you will have to hang about 4. I had a full sized sheet.

4. After I hung all my hooks I hung the clips on each hook.

5. I started on my first hook and worked my way down by clipping the sheet to each clip.

6. This is what mine looked like at the top but when I was taking pictures it looked great. You just have to make sure your sheet or fabric it tall enough so that the wall doesn't show at the bottom but make sure you hang it tall enough so that when people are standing in front of it you cant see the clips.

TIPS

- Iron the fabric your using
-Try to make all the hooks even
- You can hang a sheer on top of any sheet to make it look lighter.

DIY Hair Bow

Materials
1.Fabric

2. Hand needle and thread.

3. Bobby Pin.

I started with a square piece of fabric. I folded it half twice and ended up like in the picture above.

I folded in both the sides in to the center. (sorry my pictures are bad)

Scrunch the fabric in the middle like an accordion.

Sew up the middle and around.

Take the scraps of the fabric and cut a piece about an inch wide. Fold the sides in to the center, and iron the fabric. Let it cool, and wrap it around the middle and sew the back.

TA DAH! You have a bow!

Approved People Food for Dogs

Dog food these days have sky rocked in prices. Especially if you buy one of the all natural or brands (the real all natural brands) like Blue Buffalo. My black lab (Shelby) eats about 3 and 1/3 cups a day 5 1/3 cups of food in the morning and at night. When I'm really low on money I will feed Shelby some human food to maybe feed her only 1 cup every feeding to conserve the food we have to make it last longer. I know what you're thinking. You can't feed your dog people food. I assure you that some people food is okay for dogs to eat if you get the right kind and prepare it properly.

Cooked Chicken- Chicken is good for your dog and gives them protein  Just leave the seasonings off of it and make sure it is cooked all the way though.

Baby Carrots- Carrots give vitamin A.

Pumpkin- Vitamin A and fiber.

Eggs- Scramble some eggs, almost everyone has an eggs in their fridge. Eggs give your pup protein.

Green Beans- Raw green beans are low calorie and filling.

Those are the foods I feed my dog if I am trying to make the dog food last. I wouldn't recommend doing it everyday. My friends lab only ate vegetables and he was very skinny but it doesn't hurt one  or two days out of a month or for a treat.

This was Shelby a few months ago she was maybe 5 months old. She is now almost 8 months!
This was Shelby around 10 weeks she was so tiny I wish I could hold her like I did when she was a pup!

Starting Out

Hi everyone, My name is Carly and my dogs name is Shelby. She was the inspiration for the title of my blog. I love blogging. I have a few other blogs other than this one but I wanted to start a blog so when people are bored they can come here and either find a nice craft to do. Maybe try a new hairstyle. Or just read about what is going on. I hope you all enjoy my blog and follow.
